• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Technology Consultant, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, particularly Sales Tax in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Familiarity with US eCommerce Sales Tax calculation engines such as Avalara, Vertex, or OneSource.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders across Finance, Tax, IT, and eCommerce teams. Create user stories, use cases, business process workflows, and data models to support solution design across multiple parallel initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development/Engineering, QA, and Operations. Apply expertise in SAP FI/SD and eCommerce US Sales Tax solutions to support business process enhancements and ensure accurate, compliant accounting of taxable transactions (orders, returns, exchanges, etc.). Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations with technical and business audiences. Identify areas for process improvement and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions. Support testing efforts, including writing test cases and coordinating UAT. Track project progress and assist Project Managers with status reporting and documentation. Provide training and post-implementation support to business users.
