JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support SAP S/4HANA and implementation projects, post-go-live support and assist with all aspects of SAP Planning and Manufacturing.
• Perform end to end testing and validation (Integration/UAT), including issue analysis, retesting, and business scenario simulations.
• Plan and execute cutover tasks (Testing, data readiness, issue resolution)
• Monitor and distribute customer tickets and help to fulfill Service Level Agreement Leads or Co Leads small to medium size initiatives/projects Recommend and communicate modifications to improve, standardize and simplify to technical and non-technical stakeholders Work with end-user to support their SAP system use Extensively work on data cleansing, data conversion, preparation of user documentation, testing coordination, and user training Take ownership of technical issues Qualifications
