• Bachelor's degree, Supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash / Customer Service
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in end-to-end O2C processes SAP SD, Stockroom, CS and related Sales & Service processes
• Experience with at least three full SAP implementations or major rollout projects - Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield
• Strong experience with SAP configuration across order management, pricing, Delivery, Billing, and customer master processes
• Strong cross functional knowledge of dependencies with other Logistics & Accounting processes & modules
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, Communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global engineering matrixed organizations that entails manufacturing, Distribution, Aerospace, Industrial, or engineering-driven environments
