Job Description

FEDITC, LLC
is a fast-growing business supporting DoD and other intelligence agencies worldwide. FEDITC develops mission critical national security systems throughout the world directly supporting the Warfighter, DoD Leadership, & the country. We are proud & honored to provide these services.
Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking an ERP Analyst I to work in the Texarkana, TX area . This position focuses on providing end-user support, Windows 11 system administration, and troubleshooting enterprise application in a secure DoD environment. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 help desk support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Support and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, including installation, configuration, updates, and patching Assist users with account management, permissions, and access issues (Active Directory) Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications hosted on Windows servers and web environments (e.g., Apache Tomcat) Perform basic system administration tasks on Windows Server environments (2016/2019) Support printer, peripheral, and network connectivity issues Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems Assist with software installations, upgrades, and deployments Ensure systems meet STIG compliance requirements and security best practices Support secure configurations including certificate management and endpoint security tools Assist with data/report access and user support for enterprise systems and dashboards Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and system administrators to resolve escalated issues Provide on-site and remote support as needed
Experience/Skills:
Experience providing IT help desk or desktop support Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) Basic understanding of enterprise applications and web-based systems Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Experience:
Experience in a DoD or secure environment Familiarity with STIGs and cybersecurity best practices Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration Exposure to application support (not development) Experience with remote support tools Understanding of software deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)

Windows 10/11 Windows Server 2016/2019 Active Directory Enterprise applications (web-based systems) Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) Endpoint security tools
Education:
Associates Degree (equivalent experience)
Certifications Required:
CompTIA Security +
Clearance:
