Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst at an intermediate level to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing, designing, and implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Your expertise will support the development of scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency across our organization. Duties 1. Provides support for PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleSoft HCM, and other ERP systems. 2. Identifies and solves problems through root cause analysis. 3. Works to maximize efficiency in system processes. 4. Develops testing plans and test scripts. 5. Guides users through the testing process. 6. Works with users to identify solutions to business problems. 7. Develops and delivers training as required. 8. Provides support for trouble tickets and other requests. 9. Functions as a business / MIS liaison. 10. Produces quality deliverables to support business needs. 11. Works with team members to ensure the best outcomes. 12. Assists in preparation and delivery of system demonstrations. 13. Provides input into improvements to business analysis tools and techniques used. 14. Other related tasks and duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements. 2. Skilled in conceptualizing, documenting, and presenting creative solutions utilizing current business analysis tools and techniques. 3. Ability to collaborate with other team members to utilize appropriate business analysis tools and techniques. 4. Comfortable training, testing, and facilitation of individual and group sessions. 5. Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. 6. Effective oral and written communication skills. 7. Strong technical aptitude. 8. Basic SQL query knowledge. 9. Exposure to project management techniques and processes preferred. 10. At least 4 years of business analysis experience or experience in an associated business area - Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Resources. 11. Professional business analysis certification preferred.
