Position Summary We are seeking an experienced DEACOM Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on DEACOM ERP and integration with SAP and Oracle platforms. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure ERP processes are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain manufacturing, finance, inventory, and customer service functions. Essential Responsibilities Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap for
DEACOM ERP.
Design scalable ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse management, finance, and customer service. Translate business requirements into technical solution designs. Evaluate system enhancements and recommend best practices. DEACOM Administration & Optimization Configure and optimize DEACOM modules. Improve system performance and usability. Recommend standardization while minimizing unnecessary customizations. Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality. Project Leadership Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects. Develop project plans and technical documentation. Coordinate internal and external resources. Manage timelines and project risks. Reporting & Analytics Design enterprise reporting architecture.
