Overview Join our team as an ERP Support Analyst and become a vital part of our enterprise technology ecosystem. In this role, you will help ensure the seamless operation, support, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Your role will drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement innovative solutions that empower our business functions. Responsibilities Support end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments Configure ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing) to align with business processes Design and document workflows, data models, and system architecture Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance Train end users and create documentation/training materials Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Provide ongoing post-implementation support and issue resolution Stay current on ERP platform updates, best practices, and technology and industry trends Provide support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates, patches, and new modules in alignment with business needs. Manage system configurations, perform system tuning, and oversee storage management to maintain high availability and reliability. Develop automation scripts and solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance system efficiency. Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing. Requirements 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or similar) Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, order management, or manufacturing) Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project management experience or familiarity with implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
