JDE Analyst

JDE Analyst Our client is seeking a JDE Analyst with deep JD Edwards expertise and a strong systems-oriented mindset to support enterprise ERP initiatives and ongoing financial systems operations. This role is ideal for someone who operates at the intersection of Finance and IT, bringing hands-on technical knowledge of JDE along with the ability to drive system solutions, not just participate in them. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically fluent, and capable of owning complex system challenges within a global environment. This role is a hybrid model in Oregon, Washington, Ohio, or Georgia. JDE Analyst Responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for ERP system functionality, support, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization across financial business processes. Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify system gaps, and implement scalable process improvements. Lead or support ERP-related initiatives including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, integrations, and post-deployment support. Analyze system issues, transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and workflow inefficiencies to identify root causes and drive effective resolution. Support automation and continuous improvement efforts to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall system performance. Assist with user training, documentation, and change management efforts related to ERP process updates and system enhancements. JDE Analyst Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered. 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance systems, ERP analysis, or a related function with strong exposure to enterprise financial systems. Hands-on experience as a power user, analyst, or systems lead within ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems. Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major system enhancements with meaningful functional ownership. Strong understanding of accounting workflows, financial operations, and ERP process dependencies. Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system/process issues and drive practical resolution. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Preferred:

Senior Accountant or advanced accounting operations background with strong ERP systems ownership. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similarly complex operational environments. Exposure to reporting tools, integrations, data management, or business process automation initiatives. Experience supporting global or multi-location ERP environments.

Salary:

$90-$105K/year + Bonus.
