Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite in Redmond, WA 18 month contract Job Description The Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications that enable the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and use of data for internal planning and operational activities. This individual contributor role performs configuration, setup, and updates to applications, including table definitions and access control, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of data across system databases. The position builds and delivers reports using query and flexible reporting tools, sets up user access, and trains users on the application to support effective adoption. The role requires professional mastery of a specialized field, typically gained through a college degree or equivalent and at least 4 or more years of relevant experience, and involves working independently with minimal supervision while applying sound judgment and attention to detail. Responsibilities Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure configurator data accuracy and regulatory compliance, serving as the Process Owner for configurator processes. Execute small process and technology projects to add, correct, update, and maintain required attributes for production/configurator, regulatory requirements (including
UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD
), and product master data tables to support the Order to Cash process. Maintain accurate variant configurator logic for item master, product structure, and questionnaires for existing and new configured products. Generate accurate and consistent bills of material (BOM) structures while updating variant configurator logic and rules to support both domestic and international operations. Generate supporting data such as routings, UPNs, and regulatory item master attributes (including
UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, IEC
) to ensure configured products are realized in production and processed effectively throughout the Order to Cash process. Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support configurator processes and ensure consistent, controlled changes. Submit requests to the Material Data Management team for the setup of variants in the commercial ERP system. Run and document test protocols for IT projects related to configurator functionality and master data to validate changes before deployment. Perform basic configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including defining tables and managing access control. Enter data into established tables, fields, and system databases and ensure the validity and integrity of the data. Build and produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the needs of business management and staff. Set up user access and train users on application functionality to promote effective and compliant use of systems. Recommend changes to application development, maintenance practices, and system standards based on analysis and operational feedback. Perform other related duties as assigned to support ERP workstreams and enterprise applications. Essential Skills Minimum of 4 or more years of applicable work experience in a relevant technical or ERP-related discipline. Professional mastery of a specialized field, typically supported by a college degree or equivalent education and experience. Experience implementing and configuring ERP systems, with a focus on master data, configurators, or related workstreams. Ability to support and maintain SaaS and enterprise-wide applications used for data collection, retrieval, and accessibility. Proficiency in performing application configuration, setup, and updates, including table definitions and access control. Experience building and producing reports using query and flexible reporting tools. Strong data governance mindset with the ability to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze factual information and make evaluative judgments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with lean process development and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient task management skills, including prioritization and organization of multiple activities. Experience working with Excel databases and materials management processes. Familiarity with regulatory data requirements such as UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, and IEC. Experience running test protocols for IT projects related to configurators and master data. Exposure to order-to-cash processes and related master data structures. Ability to develop and maintain documentation control methodologies for configurator and master data processes. Work Environment This role operates in a professional, technology-driven environment focused on ERP and SaaS applications that support enterprise operations. The position involves extensive work with ERP systems, variant configurators, master data tables, and reporting tools, as well as regular use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
