Remote candidates outside of Austin are welcome. Periodic on-site collaboration in Austin may be required (potentially week-long stints); travel is expensable. Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant for a 1-2 year engagement on a highly customized on-prem

environment. Requirements are already defined — this role owns the technical design and hands-on build. The majority of the day will be spent coding: developing RICEFW components, building and exposing REST APIs, and integrating EBS with external and Oracle Forms-based systems. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a primary focus on Order Management and Manufacturing, and is comfortable working independently in a heavily customized codebase. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows) components Utilize standard and custom Oracle APIs to build tailored system extensions Design, develop, and deploy custom REST APIs to enable real-time integration between Oracle EBS and external systems, including Oracle Forms-based integrations Diagnose and resolve technical issues across all lifecycle environments (Test, UAT, Production) Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and DBAs to deliver complex ERP solutions within an Agile/Scrum framework Required Technical Skills Deep knowledge of Order Management (OM), Bills of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Shipping Execution (WSH), including underlying tables, views, standard APIs, and concurrent programs Expertise in Oracle
PL/SQL, SQL, SQL
•Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, and BI/XML Publisher Proven track record working with standard API/interfaces in Oracle EBS (OM/WIP/Shipping) Solid experience exposing standard and custom PL/SQL APIs as functional REST services via

payloads Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using EXPLAIN PLAN, TKPROF, and SQL Trace Mandatory hands-on experience with on-prem Oracle

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Java and Python for standalone utilities or extensions Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tooling in an on-prem/hybrid Oracle environment Experience with additional Oracle modules such as Web and Shipping beyond core WSH functionality Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience in an Oracle EBS R12 environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Proficient in Agile/Scrum development methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional ERP teams #TECHIND
