What You ll Do Develop, test, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards to support key business needs Translate functional requirements into actionable reporting solutions Analyze and manipulate complex data sets using SQL and reporting tools Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize reporting processes and streamline data delivery Work in a remote environment while staying connected with a highly engaged, passionate team What We re Looking For 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence Strong proficiency with Power BI and SQL; experience with other reporting tools (Tableau, SSRS, etc.) is a plus Understanding of relational databases and data manipulation techniques Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights Experience in healthcare or social services is helpful but not required - we value strong reporting skills above all A team player who values collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement Additional Details Fully remote, but candidates must reside in New York State (Central, Upstate or North Country preferred) Occasional on-site meetings (1-2 times per year if local) Contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong path to conversion after approximately six months Solid benefits with our client upon conversion Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
