Roles & Responsibilities Gathering requirements from Functional team for application releases Establishing solution architecture, detailed functional design, system test strategy and other project documentation for the end-to-end solution with estimation Preparing prototype and design for the proposed implementation based on current architecture Providing support during all forms of testing. Deploying application to Production (including verification of application initialization and go-live). Providing end user support to resolve issues, determine root cause and facilitate the escalation to other support groups, as necessary.
