244 Chestnut St., Salem, NJ 08079Hybrid Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm), 2-3 days per week in the office.Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for financial analysis of SAP cost data; extracting, cleaning and preparing cost data from SAP for analysis by others; completing related duties for the monthly close; and supporting financial budget/LRP planning. Strong skills in using SAP, Access, and Excel are required.Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to extract information from various sources and systems, integrate/summarize into reports using Excel and/or Access, validate, and analyze results.
- Demonstrated strong ability to manipulate data, data mine and translate complex financial data into decision inputs for business recommendations.
- Strong ability to design integrative reports using advance Excel functions and/or other data query driven tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain dynamic financial models for financial budgeting and reporting.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Technical financial and managerial accounting skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial systems and PC applications (MS Office Suite, e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and presentation skills in Finance/Process Management.
- Strong understanding of general accounting practices.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management.
- Ability to apply managerial accounting concepts and present and explain information to associates with financial and non-financial backgrounds.
- Ability to develop creative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.
- Must demonstrate and value differences in others' strengths, perspectives, approaches, and personal choices.
