• Irving, TX (Hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead to support ongoing Finance stabilization and enhancement efforts across our SAP landscape.

This individual will partner directly with Finance stakeholders and technology teams to drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. This role requires a strong blend of SAP Finance functional expertise, solution design capabilities, and hands-on delivery leadership within a complex post-go-live environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, operational pain points, and reporting requirements Lead end-to-end delivery for R2R enhancements and stabilization efforts, including: Requirements gathering Functional design Technical coordination Testing support (SIT/UAT) Deployment and hypercare Support stabilization and optimization across: Financial close processes Allocations and journal entries Financial and management reporting Intercompany processing AR aging and reconciliations SAC / Datasphere reporting integrations Upstream/downstream Finance integrations Coordinate across AMS, project, reporting, and integration teams to drive delivery Assist with backlog prioritization, sizing, defect resolution, and roadmap planning Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reporting timeliness, and stabilize Finance operations Qualifications 7+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong focus on

Deep understanding of Record-to-Report processes and Finance operations Strong experience across GL, allocations, financial reporting, close processes, and intercompany accounting Experience leading requirements and solution discussions directly with business stakeholders Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced stabilization environment Strong coordination and communication skills across business and technical teams Preferred Experience Utility / energy industry experience BlackLine experience Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs
