CZ Republic Industry:

Automotive Supplier Application Development and Maintenance Project Required Skills:

Implement and support SAP HCM Payroll (Czech Republic) including schema, rules, PCRs, wage types, and off‑cycle payroll. Ensure statutory compliance with Czech tax, social security, employment law, and reporting obligations.

Configure payroll components including:

Wage types & valuation Payroll schema & PCRs for Czech Republic Taxation, deductions, social contributions Bank transfers and payment mediums Legal reporting formats and interfaces Support master data processes: PA, OM, time management integration, absence quotas. Perform end‑to‑end payroll testing: unit tests, UAT, integration testing. Handle post‑production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning of payroll. Prepare and validate payroll results, control reports, and statutory files. Coordinate regression testing during upgrades or support package implementation. Understanding of SAP HR tables (PA, PB, PY, PT). Experience with SAP OSS notes for legal changes. Knowledge of BSI/Third Party interfaces (if applicable). Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8+ years of related Human Resources process experience with 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP Payroll CZ. Experience supporting live Czech payroll cycles. Good communications skills and able to demonstrate leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model. Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
