• We're looking for a Senior Business/Data Analyst who turns complex business needs into actionable cloud data solutions
• someone equally at home leading a strategy session with Finance leadership as they are writing functional specs for a data engineering team. What you'll be doing:
• Leading AS-IS process analysis and designing TO-BE workflows powered by modern cloud technologies
• Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain stakeholders to surface gaps, opportunities, and data-driven insights
• Translating business requirements into clear functional specs, data lake guidelines, and SOPs
• Defining KPIs and performance metrics that drive measurable, continuous improvement
• Supporting Agile delivery through UAT facilitation, sprint reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
• Shaping how enterprise data
• including ERP sources
• flows into cloud data lake platforms What you bring:
• 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments, with a strong focus on business and data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and deep experience working with complex data structures
• Proven track record translating business requirements across Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain domains
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms
• GCP preferred
• Strong process modeling skills: swim lanes, use cases, gap analysis
• Familiarity with SAP ERP data models (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) as a source for analytics and reporting
• CBAP certification is a plus This is a Remote role
