Consultant with strong technical (ABAP) capabilities to support and enhance our highly customized
SAP S/4HANA
environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who combines deep Finance and Controlling expertise with hands-on technical development skills. Unlike a traditional functional consulting role, this position requires the ability to analyze complex business requirements, troubleshoot custom developments, and deliver end-to-end solutions across both functional and technical areas. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support daily operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Provide production support for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Configure and support core FI/CO processes, including: General Ledger (New GL) Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Perform configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user training. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. Analyze and resolve complex production issues with minimal business disruption. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support financial controls and regulatory requirements. Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancement packs, and S/4HANA innovation initiatives. Technical Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support custom ABAP objects within the

landscape. Debug standard SAP programs, custom programs, user exits, BAdIs, enhancements, and BAPIs.
Develop and maintain:
Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms (Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPscript) Data extraction programs Perform root cause analysis for complex technical and functional issues. Review and optimize custom code for performance, maintainability, and SAP best practices. Collaborate with Basis, Security, and Development teams during transports, releases, and production deployments. Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on

implementation and support experience. Strong experience supporting SAP ECC and/or
SAP S/4HANA
Finance. Proven experience working in highly customized SAP environments. Strong ABAP development and debugging skills.
Experience with:
User Exits BAdIs Enhancements BAPIs RFCs IDocs LSMW or SAP Migration Cockpit SAP Query and reporting tools Strong understanding of SAP transport management and change control processes.
