upgrade Assess upgrade impacts on existing SAP TM processes using release notes, simplification items, system behavior, and functional documentation Design and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end scenarios to validate document processing, integrations, and logistics workflows Investigate system defects directly, perform root cause analysis, and validate whether SAP documents and integrations are processing, releasing, and posting correctly Validate existing integrations across MM, IDocs, EDI, carrier systems, custom applications, and plant-related processes Support freight planning, carrier selection, tendering, charge management, settlement, and other Transportation Management processes throughout the upgrade Collaborate across Application Development, integration, testing, business process, and Change Management teams to ensure operational continuity throughout the upgrade Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) experience in complex enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and embedded SAP TM, including functional configuration, system validation, and troubleshooting Demonstrated experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, or major system transformations, including functional impact assessments and upgrade testing Strong experience executing SIT, end-to-end testing, defect investigation, root cause analysis, and direct system troubleshooting Experience with SAP integrations including MM, IDocs, EDI, carrier integrations, and custom application integrations Strong functional understanding of freight planning, carrier selection, tendering, charge management, and settlement Experience supporting large-scale, global SAP environments with complex business processes and high transaction volumes Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with

Private Cloud and/or On-Premise environments Experience reviewing SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, Readiness Checks, and upgrade impact documentation Knowledge of O2C and P2P processes and their integration with Transportation Management Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, environment management, retrofits, or dual maintenance Exposure to SAP SD, EWM, ESR, CIF, or other adjacent SAP technologies and integration points Experience supporting SAP deployments across multiple countries or regions, particularly North America and Latin America SAP Transportation Management or S/4HANA certification

The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.50 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
