Job Description

Job Title:
Software Implementation Lead Job Description As the SAP Software Technical Project Lead, you will be the primary in-house SAP resource responsible for leading the coordination of our SAP support and enhancements. In collaboration with business stakeholders and third-party vendors, you will develop an understanding of the current SAP landscape. You will utilize your expertise to identify areas for improvement and champion new processes that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency. Being process-oriented and analytical, you should also be comfortable with ambiguity due to the ever-changing environment of a growing company. Responsibilities Lead the coordination of SAP support and enhancements in partnership with business stakeholders and third-party vendors. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current SAP landscape. Identify areas of improvement within the SAP system. Champion new processes that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency. Essential Skills Expertise in
SAP, SAP
ERP, and ERP configuration management. Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP ERP projects. Hands-on experience in SAP configuration. Proficiency in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Knowledge of IT and
SAP S/4 HANA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications A bachelor's degree. Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus. Work Environment The role demands a process-oriented and analytical approach to work, suitable for someone comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment. The position supports a growing company, offering a dynamic and evolving work setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
