Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Excel (including VLOOKUP functions), and other data visualization software to monitor sales performance, payout trends, and key KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, finance, legal, and IT to streamline commission processes, implement process improvements, and support business analysis initiatives. Utilize SQL queries and data interpretation skills to extract insights from large datasets for forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning. Generate detailed business intelligence reports using reporting and dashboarding tools to facilitate executive decision-making on sales strategies and compensation plans. Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current commission schemes and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives. Support project management efforts related to system upgrades or new analytics tool integrations aimed at improving reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM systems proficiency; strong understanding of sales management systems is essential.
