POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE
•Transformation Process & Governance Analyst Job Summary The Transformation Process & Governance Analyst supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by capturing, documenting, and maintaining standardized business processes across the organization. This role ensures workflows are clearly defined, governed, and consistently updated to align with operational standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement objectives. The Analyst provides quality-assurance style oversight by tracking process adherence, documentation completeness, and follow-through on improvement actions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to enable operational alignment and transformation readiness. As with any VSolvit position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned. Responsibilities Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document end-to-end processes and workflows Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation Ensure process documentation remains current as systems, policies, and operations evolve Track action items, follow-ups, and process improvement commitments across stakeholders Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated procedures and recommend corrective actions Establish and reinforce process governance standards and documentation best practices Support transformation leadership with process readiness, operational alignment, and audit support efforts Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field Experience in business process analysis, documentation, or operational governance Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments Knowledge of quality assurance or continuous improvement methodologies Company Summary Join the VSolvit Team!
