As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS.
