Job Description:

Gyansys is currently hiring Spanish speaking SAP Plant User Trainer & Support This is an onsite role in Chattanooga, TN or Chelmsford, MA Role Overview Support plant users during SAP implementation, training, and go-live activities. Work closely with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth adoption of SAP processes and systems. Responsibilities Support SAP processes in one or more areas: MM, IM, WM, or PP . Conduct training sessions for plant operators and supervisors. Learn the client's business processes and system through structured training. Provide user support during go-live and hypercare phases. Assist plant users with day-to-day system and process-related questions. Qualifications Basic understanding of SAP modules such as MM, IM, WM, or PP . No SAP configuration or coding experience required. Able to train end users in Spanish Comfortable working in a manufacturing/plant environment. Work Requirements Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, as needed. Ability to interact directly with shop-floor personnel and support operational teams.
