Enterprise Applications Analyst Arnold Oil Company of Austin - 2.6 Austin, TX Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Data visualization software proficiency Data analysis reporting Application systems Business intelligence report generation English Enterprise software support Business intelligence tools Bachelor's degree Cross-functional communication Data analysis software Full Job Description Enterprise Applications Analyst will report directly to the Vice President - Information Technology, and supports and improves the company's core business systems including ERP, warehouse management, integrations, and reporting platforms. This role provides Level 2/3 application support, resolves complex system issues, and works directly with business teams to implement improvements. This is a hands-on role responsible for configuring systems, implementing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations. While vendors and developers will assist with specialized development, this position is expected to own system functionality and drive solutions to completion. The primary job functions include, but are not limited to: Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Configure JDE E1 modules and other business applications to support operational needs. Support integrations between JDE E1, warehouse systems, eCommerce platforms, and external partners. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations. Analyze system data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business teams to improve workflows and system usage. Work with vendors and developers when specialized development or support is required. Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements. The skill requirements include, but are not limited to: Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or EDI processes. Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot system issues (SQL experience helpful). Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams. Ability to work independently in a small IT team environment. Ability to read and write in English.
