Job Description
Overview Navy Federal Credit Union currently does not provide sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Research, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM and product solutions using innovative cloud engineering principles. Support and manage enterprise network systems, applications, data migration/integration solutions, and vendor services. Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques. Recognized as an expert in own area within the company. Responsibilities Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives that have significant risk and business impact for Benefits and Payroll. Perform and guide complex Oracle HCM system configurations to align with organizational needs Act as the primary technical resource for Benefits and Payroll Promote key cloud methodologies, approaches, and market trends Review and edit functional and technical project deliverables to assess cloud capabilities and potential solutions Align product roadmaps and features with Oracle release cycles Manage the SDLC process from requirement intake to deployment Consult and support internal customers as a trusted advisor Design and document technical solutions to functional system requirements Assist with the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructions Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leaders; work with senior management on complex issues Lead medium to large projects and initiatives Mentor lower level staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience 7-10 years of experience in function Subject matter expert within Benefits and payroll with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines Advanced skill with case management and ticketing systems, such as Service Now and Azure Devops (ADO ) Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others Advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staff Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applications Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, AI concepts, and related duties such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining cloud-based applications. Advanced functional knowledge of current cloud technologies, competition, and trends Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decisions Desired Qualifications Advanced skill in SaaS cloud developer tools such as Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Generative AI Chatbots, and Content/Knowledge development
