$70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience Grow Your ERP Career on a Mission-Critical Platform We are seeking an IFS ERP Analyst to support and enhance our IFS Cloud environment across Finance, Projects, Field Service Management, and operational business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning enterprise systems deeply, and working directly with business users to improve ERP processes and support operations. You'll work closely with ERP leadership and business stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience supporting a modern enterprise ERP platform in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the IFS Cloud platform. Troubleshoot ERP issues, resolve support tickets, and escalate complex issues with clear documentation and business context. Support functional configuration and business process activities across: Finance Projects Field Service Management (FSM) HR Maintain and improve ERP documentation including SOPs, training materials, workflows, and knowledge base content. Assist with regression testing, patch validation, and ERP upgrade activities. Manage support tickets and backlog items using JIRA and Agile workflows. Support ERP reporting and Power BI data validation efforts. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ERP governance discussions. Assist with onboarding, training, and change management activities for ERP users. Collaborate with ERP leadership, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to improve system usability and operational processes. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications. Experience with IFS ERP or comparable ERP platforms.
Familiarity with ERP workflows across:
Finance Projects Field Service Operational support functions Experience using JIRA or similar ticket and backlog management systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to investigate issues, document findings, and communicate effectively with users and technical teams. Experience supporting end users in operational or project-based business environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience with IFS Cloud environments. Exposure to Power BI or ERP reporting environments. Experience within construction, MEP, field service, or project-based industries. Familiarity with ERP upgrade testing and change management processes. Experience creating SOPs, training documentation, or support knowledge bases.
