The Sales Enablement Analyst supports the U.S. Sales organization through market intelligence, competitive analysis, CRM management, and sales performance reporting. This role helps drive commercial effectiveness by delivering actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, supporting sales processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

DAY IN THE LIFE

Provide market, commercial, and operational analysis to support business development, sales strategy, and key stakeholder decision-making Manage and maintain the integrity of commercial data within Dynamics 365, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and bid requests Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, customer activity, and growth opportunities across the U.S. drilling market Develop sales enablement materials, customer profiles, presentations, opportunity summaries, and commercial insights to support the U.S. Sales team Leverage data from SAP, Snowflake, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other business systems to generate reports, track performance metrics, improve forecasting, and drive process improvements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

2+ years of experience in research, analysis, sales operations, market research, or a related field; post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
