ERP Application Administrator Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon 2000 technology support delivered to the end-user community. Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon 2000 platform and ensures the highest level of system performance, functionality, and optimization. Gain an understanding of business needs; research and implement solutions related to system features, functionality, configurations, and integrations. Stay current on Pentagon 2000 releases, available modules, and system enhancements and identify solutions to streamline business processes and support growth. Develop and deliver training to end-users for overall and role-specific functionalities. Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting ongoing project efforts. ERP Application Administrator Required Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of ERP Application Administration and ERP best practices. Pentagon 2000 ERP or similar is a plus. Applicable ERP experience in the aerospace and/or logistics and distribution verticals is strongly desired. Experience with reporting software like Power BI and SSRS.
