In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience ⦁ Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor. ⦁ Experience with Oracle eBS functional Payroll. ⦁ Oracle functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations. ⦁ Implementation experience with an understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications. ⦁ At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules. ⦁ Experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above. ⦁ Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations. ⦁ Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations. ⦁ Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations. ⦁ Must have functional and technical knowledge of benefit interfaces. ⦁ Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces. ⦁ Knowledge on Payroll interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo. ⦁ Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces. ⦁ Experience with Oracle custom reports. ⦁ Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. ⦁ Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications. Preferred Skill and Experience ⦁ Ability to identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them. ⦁ Excellent communication skills, adaptability in business interaction and understanding of business applications. Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
