$140,000-$160,000Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package Introduction Our client is a rapidly growing, multi-branch wholesale distribution organization undergoing significant ERP transformation and expansion through acquisitions. They are seeking an ERP Integration & Transformation Engineer to join a small, hands-on Enterprise Systems team supporting Epicor Eclipse across a growing branch network. This is a highly technical role focused on ERP acquisitions and conversions, native Eclipse development, data migration, ETL/integration, and production support. This is not a configuration-only or ERP administration role. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on Eclipse development experience and enjoy working directly with the business to solve complex technical and operational challenges. The organization is actively acquiring businesses, converting locations onto Eclipse, standardizing data, expanding WMS/RF capabilities, and integrating additional branches and users. This role will play a key part in determining how effectively the ERP environment scales with that growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own the hands-on technical aspects of ERP acquisitions and system conversions, including source-system extraction, data mapping, item/pricing standardization, customer/vendor conversion, cutover, and post-go-live cleanup Identify and resolve data conversion issues including duplicate SKUs, mismatched units of measure, orphaned records, pricing conflicts, and other data-quality exceptions Develop and maintain native Epicor Eclipse customizations using PICK Basic, TCL, phantoms, and custom business procedures Build and support custom Eclipse forms, pick tickets, invoices, reports, and other business-process enhancements within Solar/Eterm Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, mass data loads, and control-file-driven imports moving data into and out of Eclipse Develop and support integrations between Eclipse, WMS platforms, reporting tools, and other business applications Improve data governance and integrity across critical areas including item master, pricing, customer, and vendor data Serve as a technical escalation point for Eclipse issues, diagnosing and resolving problems rather than simply routing tickets Partner directly with purchasing, warehouse, branch, and business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions Participate in branch implementations, system conversions, WMS/RF rollouts, and other enterprise technology initiatives Document conversion processes, technical solutions, and best practices to improve the efficiency and repeatability of future implementations Required Skills & Qualifications Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered. Hands-on experience with Epicor Eclipse development, including PICK Basic, TCL, phantoms, or custom business procedures Direct experience with ERP acquisitions, system conversions, or data migration projects, including SKU/item, customer, vendor, or pricing conversions Experience designing and supporting ETL/data integration pipelines, with SQL Server, data warehousing, or comparable technologies Experience working in a growth environment involving the addition of branches, users, acquired businesses, or multiple locations onto a shared ERP platform Strong understanding of ERP data structures, data quality, system integrations, and business processes Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users and operational teams Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required. Experience within wholesale distribution, particularly electrical, plumbing, industrial, or similar distribution environments Experience supporting warehouse operations, WMS implementations, RF systems, or converting paper-based warehouse processes to WMS/RF Experience with EDI and related data exchange processes Experience with modern integration technologies including APIs, middleware, or integration platforms Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-site ERP environments Experience with AI-assisted development tools or incorporating AI into development workflows Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed Experience working directly with purchasing, warehouse, inventory, and branch personnel without relying heavily on intermediaries such as project managers or business analysts What Makes This Opportunity Different This is an opportunity to join an organization where ERP growth and transformation are happening right now. You'll have significant ownership over acquisitions, conversions, Eclipse development, integrations, data quality, and production support rather than simply maintaining an established environment. If your background is centered around hands-on Epicor Eclipse development, acquisitions/conversions, data migration, and integration work, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on how a rapidly expanding ERP environment is built and scaled. #TECH #LI-FR1Benefits
