Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking aBPR Analystto work in Arlington, VA/remote.

We are seeking a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) professional to serve as a thought partner and technical coordinator in standing up a unified work tracking and reporting framework across the CIO's office, its divisions, and directorates. This role will work directly with the CIO's Chief of Staff and internal leadership to design a consistent methodology for how work is captured, tracked, and reported at every level of the organization, then translate that methodology into a working Jira implementation.

The ideal candidate operates comfortably at two altitudes: they can sit in a strategy conversation and help architect how an organization should structure its work intake, prioritization, and reporting, and they can also sit with a technical Jira administrator or implementation team and turn that framework into boards, workflows, fields, and dashboards that teams will actually use. This is not a pure Jira administrator role and not a pure process consultant role; it requires someone who can translate between the two.

Success in this role looks like: a documented, adopted work tracking framework that rolls up consistently from individual teams through directorates to division and CIO-level reporting, paired with a Jira configuration and governance model that supports it, and a change management approach that gets skeptical teams to actually use it.
Salary Range:
