Job Description

Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions. Work You'll Do As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the GPS Oracle team, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Cloud-enabled finance and enterprise transformation programs. Support Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation activities across Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financials, and Procure-to-Pay workstreams Participate in requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions to support business and technical objectives Contribute to configuration, testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities across Oracle programs Support technical delivery activities including integrations, reporting, data conversion, architecture support, environment management, and release planning Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to track deliverables, resolve issues, and support program milestones A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 2+ years of Oracle experience in 1 or more of the following areas;
Oracle PPM:
Project accounting, costing, billing, grants, capital projects, and portfolio management
Oracle EPM:
Planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, account reconciliation, and management reporting
Oracle Financials:
General Ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and period close
Procure-to-Pay:
Procurement, suppliers, invoicing, approvals, receiving, Payables, and reporting Technical delivery: Integrations, reporting, data conversion, architecture, environment management, and release planning Implementation leadership: Requirements, workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization
Preferred:
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud finance or enterprise transformation programs Experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Financials, or Procure-to-Pay solutions Experience with integrations, reporting, data conversion, architecture, environment management, or release planning Experience serving federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.
