full-time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants to support a large-scale federal government Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion implementation. The project includes multiple workstreams across Functional, Technical, Integrations, Data Conversion, and Time & Attendance. Candidates should have strong Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM experience and be comfortable working in a consulting environment with business and technical stakeholders. This is a long-term contract opportunity that is primarily remote within the United States, with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities Support a large-scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM implementation. Participate in the full Oracle HCM implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery. Support one or more Oracle HCM workstreams, including Functional, Technical, Integrations, Data Conversion, or Time & Attendance. Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership. Translate business and project requirements into appropriate Oracle HCM solutions. Participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation activities. Provide recommendations and guidance related to Oracle HCM functionality and implementation approach. Identify risks, gaps, or issues and communicate recommendations to stakeholders. Support project documentation, testing, implementation, and delivery activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Strong Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Fusion HCM experience. Recent hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience. Experience supporting full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations. Approximately 7-10+ years of relevant professional experience preferred. 5+ years of strong Oracle HCM experience preferred for senior-level candidates. Strong consulting background. Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide recommendations and challenge requirements when appropriate. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Oracle Cloud Integrations Oracle HCM Data Conversion Oracle HCM Data Migration Oracle Time & Attendance Oracle Time and Labor Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a major consulting firm or large systems integrator. Previous experience supporting large enterprise Oracle HCM implementations. Federal government or public sector project experience. Experience working in complex, multi-workstream Oracle HCM environments. Active or previously held federal security clearance is a plus. Project Requirements U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance. Active clearance is not required at the time of application. Primarily remote within the United States. Occasional travel to Washington, D.C. may be required. Travel expenses are covered.

Long-term engagement:
