PRISM is seeking an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle R12 financial and OBIA reporting systems and processes. In this role, you will work with key business leads to identify and prioritize process improvement and system enhancement needs while partnering with MIS to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Primary functions of this role include analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving business user service requests, gathering and documenting business requirements, functional testing of system upgrades, patches, bug fixes and enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as frontline support to key business partners for Oracle R12 financial and accounting systems and processes, including the troubleshooting of end user queries through resolution Work with MIS to articulate business needs and deliver systems enhancements and bug fixes. This includes gathering and documenting business requirements, testing and pre/post go-live support Hands-on testing for system upgrades and patches Analysis and validation of financial reports and data Developing and maintaining training documentation and delivering user training Keeping current with the Cloud ERP software features and functionalities in preparation for next generation ERP implementation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
(SKILLS/EDUCATION):

Minimum 4-5 years hands-on work experience across Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules (GL, FA, AP, AR, etc.), implementations or production support, preferably in a high-tech environment At least 2 years' experience troubleshooting systems issues, supporting upgrades/patching, documenting and analyzing business processes and requirements, driving process improvements and automation, and reporting enhancements, developing test plans, test cases, and conducting various testing cycles Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field, or equivalent work experience A strong functional testing background and the proven ability to coordinate and assist with end-user testing (UAT) activities Working knowledge of Oracle's R12 Procurement modules, integrated reporting tools such as OBIA and 3rd party tools like OneSource is a plus Good understanding of financial transactional processing, general accounting and finance functions, audit and SOX controls Understanding of other non-Oracle R12 financial products and external system integrations is a plus Understanding of integrated best business processes, including the ability to work closely with MIS to develop efficient and effective system solutions and enhancements MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint experience to include formatting; Excel experience must include building formulas around filters, vloookups, and pivots, etc Working knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, Jira, and Wiki is preferred Ability to think both analytically and creatively, making data-informed decisions Strong business acumen, good judgment, attention to detail, objectivity, and accountability

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to manage internal stakeholders

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment
