Contract Job Overview:

The ERP Analyst 3 will provide functional, operational, and testing support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. The role involves supporting implementation stabilization, issue resolution, testing activities, and ensuring system readiness across integrated Oracle environments including post-go-live and quarterly release cycles.

Requirement/Must Have:

Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. Experience in Oracle Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes. Experience in functional support, configuration validation, and issue resolution. Experience in testing activities including UAT and regression testing. Experience supporting Oracle implementation, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.

Experience:

Experience troubleshooting ERP, EPM, SCM, and integration-related issues. Experience working with business stakeholders and implementation partners. Experience executing test scripts and validating system functionality. Experience supporting Oracle quarterly updates and release testing cycles. Experience in defect tracking, resolution validation, and retesting. Experience supporting environment refresh, patching, and configuration validation activities.

Responsibilities:

Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including planning and budgeting. Support Oracle SCM and inventory configuration validation and issue resolution. Assist in stabilization and hypercare activities for Oracle implementations. Troubleshoot production and non-production system issues across Oracle ERP environments. Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve system issues. Execute and maintain test scripts and test scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing. Support risk-based testing strategies and test coverage planning. Document test results, defects, risks, and remediation actions. Support testing of integrations, interfaces, workflows, reports, and security roles. Participate in Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness. Assist with environment validation after refreshes, patches, and configuration updates. Support implementation partners with configuration validation and data migration activities. Participate in status meetings and operational planning discussions. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support to stakeholders.

Should Have:

Experience improving testing processes and QA maturity in ERP environments. Strong understanding of Oracle integration and workflow processes. Experience in enterprise-level ERP support environments.

Qualification And Education:
