Our Platform IT organization serves as a centralized strategic function, providing standards, governance, and enterprise solutions that support modernization and enable consistent, scalable operations across the entire company. What You'll Do As an Enterprise Applications Business Analyst, you will support the administration and improvement of enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID services within a manufacturing environment. You will manage user access and identity processes, including Enterprise Applications, SSO configuration, and group-based access models, while helping enforce security and access governance standards. You will support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, managing workflows, requests, and process improvements, and oversee label design and labeling system. Working closely with IT and business teams, you will troubleshoot system issues, assist with integrations between applications, and contribute to identity lifecycle processes such as access reviews. This role focuses on building hands-on experience while supporting reliable, secure, and efficient application operations in a production-driven environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise applications and cloud platforms used across manufacturing operations Manage identity and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including group management and access controls Configure and support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Handle user access requests using RBAC and least-privilege principles across multiple systems Support and maintain labeling systems, including label design and system-level troubleshooting Support and optimize the Service Desk cloud platform, including ticket management, workflows, and automation Monitor system health and performance; respond to incidents and escalate as needed Assist in maintaining integrations and data flow between systems (ERP, WMS, and other applications) Troubleshoot application issues and coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams Create and maintain documentation for systems, access models, and procedures Cross-Functional Partners Manufacturing Operations & Plant Staff Warehouse, Shipping, and Supply Chain Teams Finance and ERP users IT Infrastructure, Security, and Helpdesk teams External vendors and application support providers Ownership Support the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maintenance Act as a developing SME in Entra ID and enterprise application access management Assist in maintaining application security and access governance standards, including audits and access reviews Contribute to documentation, standardization, and process improvement efforts Support alignment between legacy manufacturing systems and modern cloud-based applications Project Work Assist with Entra ID and enterprise application initiatives (SSO onboarding, access governance improvements) Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations Help improve application integrations and data flow across ERP, WMS, and operational systems Participate in Service Desk platform enhancements and workflow automation Contribute to labeling system improvements, including design standardization and usability enhancements Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and IT systems What You'll Need Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in IT support, application administration, or systems support in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required) Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production or warehouse setting Exposure to Service Desk or ticketing platforms Technical Knowledge Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including access management and identity governance concepts Enterprise Applications and SSO configuration (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Experience with label design and labeling systems in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (required) Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems (Infor or similar is a plus) Familiarity with Service Desk platforms (incident/request workflows, automation) General understanding of integrations (APIs, connectors, data flow) Basic knowledge of IAM and security best practices Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is a plus Hard Skills Entra ID identity and access management Enterprise application configuration and SSO support Label design and labeling system troubleshooting Service Desk platform administration Application support and issue resolution Documentation and process tracking Basic integration and data flow support Soft Skills Strong communication skills across technical and operational teams Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a production environment Willingness to learn and grow technical skillsets Team-oriented with a proactive approach What You'll Gain Impact & Contributions Provide frontline and tier 2 support across critical manufacturing systems and enterprise applications Play a key role in improving identity security and application access governance Directly support operational efficiency through reliable system and labeling support Career Growth Pathways into Systems Administration, Cloud, or Identity-focused roles Hands-on experience with enterprise identity, SaaS integrations, and manufacturing IT systems Opportunities for technical certifications and skill development Benefits & Culture Competitive compensation and benefits Collaborative and hands-on team environment Opportunities to grow within a manufacturing-focused technology landscape
