About the Role As a Reporting Analyst, you'll partner with teams across the business to turn data into clear, meaningful insights. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and our Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to understand reporting needs, build dashboards and reports, identify trends, and help leaders make informed decisions. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both the technical side of reporting and the problem-solving that comes with understanding what the business really needs.
You will:
Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and IT to understand reporting needs and business goals. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Vena, and other reporting platforms. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes. Translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and technical solutions. Validate reporting accuracy through testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot reporting issues and coordinate solutions with business and technical partners. Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and reusable reporting tools. Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable way.
You have:
1-3 Years of experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms. High level of proficiency with SQL and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and explain what is driving results. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting or technical solutions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder requests. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Pay:
$35.00 - $36.00 an hour
