18+ Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Network Services Department is seeking an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst with a focus on SAP and enterprise system integrations. What you'll be doing… As an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational and integration support for Kwik Trip's SAP systems and related applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud applications by independently investigating and troubleshooting application and integration issues, escalating when needed. Gather and analyze information related to system errors and coordinate resolution efforts with SAP Basis, development, and integration teams. Assist in gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements for system enhancements, new applications, and integrations. Provide project and integration support, including coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders. Assist with SAP upgrades, support packs, and enhancement deployments through coordination and communication activities. Create and update SAP user accounts in accordance with established security and approval processes, while supporting access reviews, licensing activities, and audits through system analysis and documentation. Assist with SAP data movement activities to support development and testing in lower environments. Review and evaluate SAP Notes relevant to Kwik Trip systems, maintain awareness of SAP announced maintenance windows, and help establish and maintain software lifecycle tracking and reporting Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP functionality, integrations, and system processes. Support training and onboarding efforts to improve system adoption and business user experience. You'll need to have: Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams. Strong communication and customer service skills.
Even better if you have:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP applications. Understanding of system integrations, data flows, or APIs. Experience supporting audits, licensing reviews, or compliance activities. Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts. Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT environments Work Schedule Monday through Friday, daytime hours with non-business hours support as required. Rotating on call may be required.
