Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in enhancing our organization's IT service management capabilities. You'll work in a supportive remote environment where your contributions will directly impact service delivery and user experience.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow application development and administration
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and related web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices This is a remote, full-time position.
