+ Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. + Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. + Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. + Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. + Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. + Debug and fix technical problems. + Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. + Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. + Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. + Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

are preferred. + US Citizenship is contractually required for this role. + Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience. + Ability to commute to client or corporate offices depending on the need up to 3 times per week. + A bachelor's Degree is required. + Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. + Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. + Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. + Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. + Experience working in an Agile environment. + Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. + Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands. + Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.

• What Would Be Nice To Have
• :•+ Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

+ Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business. + ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) + Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred. + Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. + General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment. + Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
