Job Description

# Salesforce Developer This role will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integrations, scalable functionality, and high-quality releases. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce Lightning applications, components, workflows, Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and validation rules.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using
REST/SOAP

APIs and other integration technologies.

  • Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation.
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and deployment.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure solution quality.
  • Participate in Salesforce deployments, release management, and production support activities.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governor-limit considerations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and support teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. ## Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience developing Salesforce Flows, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and
REST/SOAP

APIs.

  • Experience with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and object/field-level security.
  • Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. ## Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integration solutions.
  • Experience with data migration tools and technologies such as Data Loader.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
  • Experience developing solutions for Financial Services, Lending, Banking, or other Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
