Job Description:

The Sr Developer Oracle Fusion (O2C) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Client Oracle Fusion initiatives primarily for O2C (Order to Cash) track, with cross functional interactions across tracks like S2P, R2R, and H2R. This role is responsible for the overall architecture of the ERP fusion platform, leading implementation, supporting operations, and optimizing the Oracle fusion platform O2C track/modules. The role also will be responsible for various customizations and extensions of the platform ensuring seamless integration with critical business functions to enable growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. As a Sr oracle fusion developer, you will be a technical lead, with hands-on development activities, shaping scalable and innovative solutions that advance our business functions primarily covering O2C processes. You will partner closely with vendor implementation teams to validate and guide solution design, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects, technical solutions. You will also be working closely with all cross functional development & functional analyst teams, facilitating designs and solutions and resolving any inter dependencies. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leaders to translate business needs into robust, efficient, and user-friendly Oracle solutions, ensuring the platform continuously delivers measurable business value.

Education and Experience Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (required).

Implementation Experience:

Experience:

with Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at least two full-cycle implementations (preferred), and at least one covering (O2C) process area (required). ERP /

Development Experience:

5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions development, with strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles. (required)

Fusion Development Experience:

3+ years of development experience specifically on Oracle Fusion platform.(OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST API''s, Fusion Data Models, Schemas). (required)

UI Development Experience:

Minimum of 1 Yr Redwood UI experience (required).

Build & Release:

Exposure to & ability to architect release automation and utilize build pipe lines. (preferred)

Certifications:

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations (preferred) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate (preferred) Knowledge and Skill Level Core Technical Expertise Module specific expertise in O2C Technical & Functional areas - covering & not limited to : Design & build interfaces for Order Management, AR, Pricing, Qualifiers, Modifiers, Shipping; EDI/XML integrations with external order systems; TCA management and handling hierarchies, interdependencies; API usage for order creation, RPA tools, Fulfillment, Invoicing, and Tax system integrations etc., Hands on expertise in extensions, modifications, and customizations of standard Oracle functionality using tools like & not limited to : Pl/Sql, Sql, Java, Javascript, Oracle JDeveloper, Visual Builder Studio (VBCS), Application Composer. Expertise in Data Management, Reporting & Analytics using tool like & not limited to : Oracle database, Data Modeling, tuning, FBDI, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Smart View, ADFdi. Extensive experience with data conversions and migrations from legacy Oracle and non-Oracle systems into Fusion Cloud. Knowledge & experience with SDLC, version control, build, test & deployment tools, like & not limited to - Jira, ADO, CI/CD, Git, Oracle DevOps, Postman, Oracle Cloud Test automation. Knowledge & experience with security aspects like SSO/SAML, OAuth, Role based access controls, audit trail configurations. Oracle Fusion Development & Implementation Expertise Advanced, hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications implementation, development, and maintenance, with deep knowledge of

Proficiency in configuring Fusion modules for ground-up implementations, including and not limited to - settings, parameters, workflows, configurations, flex fields, attributes, process builders, profiles, roles, users, rules, and security. Deep understanding of all application interfaces connecting the business functional flows. Integration & Middleware Proven ability to design and build system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, and file-based integration methods. Experience orchestrating data flows between modules and systems to align with business processes. Exposure to third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, JDE, Tax Engines, Invoicing Solutions. Implementation Methodologies & Delivery Proficiency with OUM, AIM, and SDLC practices, with the flexibility to adapt hybrid delivery models. Demonstrated success delivering full lifecycle Fusion projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live optimization. Practical experience working with Agile, SAFe, or modern delivery frameworks, including use of project management tools like Jira. Platform Optimization & Innovation Ability to stay ahead of Oracle Fusion platform innovations, assessing and piloting new features and recommending adoption to meet evolving business needs. Familiarity with localizations to address region-specific requirements and compliance. Leadership & Collaboration Experience leading technical solutions, mentoring developers, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with consultants, SI partners, and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with business, leadership teams, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives. Proven ability to influence and drive consensus towards successful solution delivery.
