- As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Implement Solutions:
Develop tailored solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings and your deep understanding of the platform.Guide Client Adoption:
Effectively guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle.Execute System Testing:
Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management programs to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.Deliver Training Programs:
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize the implemented Salesforce solutions.Manage Client Relationships:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop solutions to address their business needs.This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.
- Required technical and professional expertise
Salesforce Platform Expertise:
Experience with designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions, including LWC and integration.
Agile Methodologies Knowledge:
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.Solution Development Skills:
Experience in developing tailored solutions to address clients' unique business needs, leveraging Salesforce's extensive offerings.System Testing and Quality Assurance:
Experience in conducting system testing, user acceptance, and change management programs to ensure a successful implementation.Business Analysis and Configuration:
Experience in guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption processes.- Preferred technical and professional experience
Integration Experience:
Experience with integrating Salesforce solutions with other systems and applications, leveraging APIs and data migration tools to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Advanced LWC Skills:
Experience in developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Salesforce solutions and provide personalized user experiences.Waterfall Methodology Expertise:
