A245086 Responsibilities Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management)Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok. Key Responsibilities:

Work on cackend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform. Turn TikTok's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry. Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions. Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Mster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus, but not required. Professional experience with Java is preferred. Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred. Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred. • $256000 annually.
