M365 Consultant

Description We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations streamline finance, operations, customer engagement, and supply chain processes through Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Power Platform tools. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities + Lead or support Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM implementations, upgrades, and deployments + Analyze business processes and provide recommendations to optimize workflows using Dynamics 365 modules + Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet functional requirements and best practices + Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions + Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and upgrades + Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality + Develop and maintain documentation, reports, workflows, and dashboards + Assist with data migration, integration, and system enhancements + Leverage Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to enhance business processes Requirements + Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules including: + Finance and Operations / Business Central + Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing) + Supply Chain Management, Inventory, or Procurement modules + Experience with
