Power BI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. The Power BI Engineer will work closely with business teams, data analysts, and IT to transform raw data into interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

This role is critical for enabling self-service analytics, operational reporting, and enterprise-wide data visibility. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide insights into business performanceDevelop data models, DAX formulas, Power Query transformations, and calculated measures for analyticsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needsIntegrate and transform data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, ERP/CRM systems, cloud platforms, and APIsBuild and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loadingEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across dashboards and reportsMonitor dashboard performance, optimize queries, and troubleshoot data issuesTrain and support business users in self-service reporting and Power BI best practicesStay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities
