SOQL/SOSL

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model Experience in API integrations Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations (for Service Cloud roles) Salesforce certifications are a plus
