at Insight Global in Northbrook, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description Participate in daily stand-ups with Solution Architects and platform team Develop enhancements from an existing ServiceNow backlog Build and customize Service Portal pages, widgets, and catalog items Create and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Business Rules Develop server-side scripting using GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax Build and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer Support HR-focused ServiceNow enhancements and configurations Serve as backup Platform Administrator when needed Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve support tickets Build and execute automated test scripts using ATF Assist with code migrations and deployments using Update Sets Collaborate with platform leadership in India and HR administrators in North America Participate in upgrade testing and ongoing platform maintenance We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
