Full Job Description Overview:
Abacus Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to provide application development support for an enterprise program at Joint Base Andrews. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum support for ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government defined business processes approved by the Government PM. Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and Government business requirements. Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must hold the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with multiple development methodologies. Must have an in-depth understanding of each stage of the software development and project life cycle. Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements. Experience with best practices for the full software development life cycle. Able to work alone or as part of a team working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders and customers. Must have strong communications skills (oral and written) with a strong desire to learn. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
