Salesforce Developer

Pay Range:

$47hr -$52hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. Experience developing and supporting Salesforce applications. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Ability to write, test, debug, and deploy high-quality code. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

Experience building, deploying, and supporting Salesforce applications. Experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience supporting application enhancements and defect resolution.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform solutions. Enhance existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and usability. Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver solutions without gaps. Perform code reviews, deployments to higher environments, and ongoing code maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects. Develop unit tests and support automated testing initiatives. Analyze requirements and design solutions for new features and enhancements. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team. Provide technical support during development and production activities. Work closely with project managers and product stakeholders to deliver business value.

Should Have:

Experience developing REST APIs for external system integrations. Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Experience with source control tools such as Git or SVN. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based architectures.

Skills:

Salesforce application development. Apex programming and Lightning Web Components. Salesforce data modeling and best practices.

REST API

integrations. Debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
